Custard Pie Auditions 2011

 

Conor Lambert’s Custard Pie Puppet Company is looking for part time puppeteers to perform one man/woman puppet shows at childrens birthday parties in the Dublin area. (applicants outside Dublin are also welcome to apply as we may be able to provide shows around other large catchment areas)

Initial productions will be directed and written by Conor Lambert, however at a later stage puppeteers will be encouraged to contribute their own ideas and scripts.

Applicants should have a good repetoire of charactor voices, and (at least) an average singing ability.

Experience in puppetry is an advantage but not compulsory, as training will also be provided where required.

Puppets, stage etc will be supplied by Custard Pie.

The sucessful applicants will be expected to be available for work on weekends throughout the year but provision for holidays etc., can be made in advance.

A full drivers license is required. Puppeteers will be paid on a subcontract agreement.

Auditions will be held in Carrick on Shannon County Leitrim (2hrs from Dublin) in February 2011
